Reallocation of machines and production line equipment

We provide services of relocating technological lines to a designated location. The key elements of the service are:

preparation of photographic documentation and description of existing cable connections,
dismantling of technological lines in a designated production plant (disconnection from media and power supply), mechanical disconnection of devices / line elements,
packing and securing production line elements for transport,
loading and transporting secured devices to the target location,
unloading transported devices at the target location,
assembly and setting up of technological lines together with
supplying media and connecting to power supply,
assistance in starting the production line at the target location.

The individual stages of relocation from dismantling through transport to connecting utilities and commissioning are subject to verification and acceptance.

Machinery relocation is carried out using specialist equipment such as mobile cranes, transport rollers, air cushions, platforms and forklifts. The equipment and experience of our technicians mean that even hard-to-reach devices with unusual dimensions can be transported without the risk of damage both in the factory and during further transport.
